Texas Legislative Black Caucus Choose Keisha Lankford As “Excellent Texan”

(CEDAR HILL, TEXAS) Cedar Hill Unbiased College District Trustee Dr. Keisha Lankford was proud to be chosen as an “Excellent Texan” by the Texas Legislative Black Caucus.
