DALLAS – Climate allowing, the Texas Division of Transportation will open the brand new Interstate 35E (I-35E) northbound to Dallas North Tollway (DNT) exit ramp on Friday, Might 21 at 5 a.m.
The exit ramp is being completely relocated a half mile south of the present ramp, which can be closed when the brand new ramp opens.
